Thawing Instructions -

Remove required quantity from the pack. Place the green peas in the refrigerator compartment or leave at room temperature until soft. For quick defrosting hold pack under running water. Do not use microwave to thaw.

These green peas are ready to use. They have been cleaned, shelled & frozen within 3 hours of harvest to ensure ultimate freshness. To retain natural taste & texture do not overcook.
