We put in our best effort to only take orders of the products that we have or will have in stock or are available with our suppliers. In the rare event that the order is out of stock, we shall inform you as soon as the same is available with us.
Our delivery person shall be wearing the uniform of FRESHPICK Also please feel free to ask the delivery person for his FRESHPICK identity card.

No. We make sure that the products are fresh and maintained in appropriate temperature throughout the cycle from our storage to your residence.

Make portions as per your consumption needs and freeze to avoid multiple thawing/freezing. You can store it in a food bag in a container inside your freezer
Yes. We make sure that there is required segregation while storage, handling including manpower between vegetarian and non- vegetarian products
Remove the required portion from the freezer (-18C) and put it in a container and place the container in the chiller (+3C) twelve hours prior to consumption
Seafood, poultry and meats should always be in a temperature controlled environment
Shelf-life of a chilled product inside chiller is 2/3 days, and shelf-life of a frozen product inside freezer can be from 6 months to a year depending on the type of the product.
The nutritional value of all our products is available on our website. These are procured from the data provided on the product packet or from reliable sources online. Please feel free to reach out to us in case you would like any additional information and we shall try to arrange for the same .

Yes. We are open to receiving orders from any of the three mediums listed above
  1. You may sign-up or enter our website as a visitor to make a purchase
  2. Search for specific items, or browse to your heart's content by category, recipe, price or brand
  3. When you find what you want, place the item in your shopping cart by choosing the quantity you need
  4. Once you have everything you need, go to Check-out
  5. Select delivery location, and home-delivery day and slot. We'll take care of hand-selecting the best products and getting them to you on time
  6. Pay securely by credit card online or choose the COD option. We’ll send you an email confirming your order details
FRESHPICK has a modern fulfilment centre in the heart of the Mumbai, where we store, sort, clean and prepare the items as per your order. We keep frozen foods in a (-18 degrees Celsius) temperature controlled storage and refrigerated items in chillers (+3 degrees Celsius). We pack home deliveries as separate orders in our insulated boxes and cool them with gel packs. We follow FSSAI guidelines and other applicable food laws. In other words, we adhere to strict health and safety regulations to ensure superior food quality

We aim to provide our customers with the freshest seafood and meat products available in the market. As you would know that the freshest catch from the seas, and freshest poultry & meats are procured early in the morning and brought to our fulfilment centre. To ensure quality, our in-house procurement team handpicks the freshest seafood and meats available at the market for you. Hence, we request our customers to place their orders for fresh foods a day prior, and before or at 8pm

DELIVERY DETAILS

All our deliveries are made via our own in-house delivery system. The orders are picked up from our fulfillment center and then delivered to your address after packaging and a quality check.
Currently, our delivery locations are restricted to areas that show up on the website /app. We typically charge INR 25 or INR 50 for delivery charge/process and packing fee irrespective of amount across all locations.
We make the delivery of the products available in stock within 24 hours. For express orders, we intimate the time required at the time of confirming the order
Yes, we will ensure that the required cold chain and temperature is maintained from our fulfillment center to your home. In case you are not satisfied with your order, please do let us know and we shall provide the best possible solution to resolve the issue.

Currently, our delivery time slots are 10.00am -1.00 pm and 4.00pm - 7.00pm on all days of the week.
We will try and deliver always on time, but incase due to unavoidable circumstance, if we delay, customer has a right to reject the consignment. In case your order is not received at the time communicated, please do let us know
We shall give you a call to ask you whether you would like to have your order delivered at another location or at the same location at another time. Delivery at the same location at another time shall have a nominal delivery fee of INR 25

You may place an order on our website or app at anytime. However, please refer to the order deadlines for our delivery slot 10.00am -1.00 pm and 4.00pm - 7.00pm. For telephonic orders, please note that our working hours are from 9.00am to 8.00pm.
Currently, we are only located in Mumbai. However, please feel free to reach out to us with your requirements in other cities as well and we shall try to fulfill your requirements
